Regional Bible Institute exists, as a partnership between churches, to train men and women who in turn will re-invest their lives into others through teaching and service ministries within the church.
RBI focuses on three, foundational aspects of Christian life and ministry: 1) Theology: Growing in our theological understanding of God's Word; 2) Biblical Exposition: Growing in our ability to handle God's word; and 3) Practical Theology/ Ministery: Growing as capable servants in day-to-day

1) A concentrated time of college-level instruction from a pastor's heart with real-life/ ministry application;
2) A concentrated time of fellowship around the Word and ministry training;
3) A concentrated time of fellowship with other ministry leaders from other churches.
4) A concentrated time of personal reflection concerning personal, spiritual growth and ministry focus.
